- Mirjana Šlat is heading the Executive Search and HR Consulting agency Humanagement, the legal successor of the internationa agency Neumann in Croatia, responsible for South-East-Europe since 2015.
- Since 1997, she gathered an indebt, longstanding, international experience and expertise in Executive Search, Management Assessment, Professional Coaching and HR Consulting in various industries from production, industry, automotive, FMCG and Retail, Pharma/Healthcare, finance and banking industry, to ICT/Telekom.
- Her professional career path encompasses responsibilities in sales, marketing and project management in multinational and regional companies and organisations as USAID, 3M, Prvomajska etc.
- M.Sc. in Professional Coaching at the European Systemic Business Academy in Vienna, B.Sc. in Economics at the University in Zagreb.
- Licenced Member of Supervisory and Management Boards.
- Besides her native Croatian, she speaks fluently German and English, and she is a permanent sworn court interpreter for these two languages, and she has learned Italian and French.
- Co-founder of the Center of Excellence in Human Resources at the Croatian Employer Association (HUP).
- Member of the Croatian National Council for HR development.
- President of the Rotary Club Zagreb Dora, 2015/2016.
